Lima, Cusco, and almost missing a flight!

Its been a while since I last posted, however as an update, I finally crossed the Peru border am now in the city of Cuenca. The `plan for tomm is what else.... see Macchu Picchu. Peru is a pretty cool country and the ppl seem way too friendly. I took a long ass bus ride which was around 8 hours from Loja, Ecuador to the city of Piurra. The scenry along the way was amazing as we circled high up above the Andes mountains. Finally we got to Piurra which is located on the coast but essentally is a desert. Did really find Piurra really appealing, however i did walk down teh streets to check out some of the parks. From Piura i caught a plane to Lima. Lima really hasn´t gotten the best of reviews and heading ppls advice I stayed at the posh part of Lima, Miraflores. It happened to be that yesterday was the most beautiful day Lima had seen in the last year. Usually it´s known to be a city hovered in clouds and rain. I explored quite a bit around Miraflores and made some pretty cool friends. One guy who is a professional poker player from Las Vegas decidig he needed to use a free spirt airlines voucher so he came to peru. Hé´s a pretty hillarious and really comical. I also hung out with the Peruvian owners of the hostel I´´m staying at, as they introduced me to Cerviche and a nasty juice made out the nector of maize. It looked like blood in a glass. Later that night we shot some pool and played table tennis at a local joint till 1 am. Here we all of sudden decided to check out the nightlife. Needless to say bars have been my enemy this trip, as I got trapped in a world of vice. Last night was no different as I had beers virtually shoved down my throat. On the positive side we met some really gorgous peruvian girls who are bankers and gambler dude and I decided that it might be worth it to take them out for a movie. Unfortuanately I am leaving Lima Saturday night which totally sucks, however it is the story of my life. Here one minute, gone the next. ´We´ll see what happens. I almost missed my flight to Cusco this morning. Stupid me was still at a dance club mingling with the locals and having a good time that I didn´t realize it was 5 am when my inner ego wised up and started to talk some sense in me. My flight was at 9 am which meant i had to be at the airport at 6:30. Oh great, i decided stupidly thati would head back with the hostel owners and gambling dude and get some rest. a whole one hour. What I didn´t realizie is that I have a tendency to close the alarm on my sleep. So i ended up waking at 7 am. Doh! Luckily things turned out as i jumped out of bed as i was still dressed and ran quickly to grab my belongings and flagged a taxi inticing him that i would pay him an extra 5 soles if he took me to the aiport pronto. He did and I made it just in time. Well i arrivedi n cusco today.. it´s an ok town. Very similar to some of the others town I have visited and touristy.. but i like it. I´m staying at a hostel called Loki.. ppl told me to stay here in my travels, but upon arriving it was evident that it is a party hostel. oh great just what i need. Well it shouldn´t matter. tomm i´m headed to macchu picchu, a whole day event. I fly out of Cusco on Saturday arriving back in Lima and then late that night I catch a flight back to the US. It´s hard to believe the trip is finally coming to an end!

Cuenca

I finally got off my ass and resisted the laziness in Riobamba and set off on a 6 hour journey to the lovely city of Cuenca. Cuenca is a lovely city with cobblestoned streets and really beautiful people. It{s also a pit stop for ppl choosing to visit Ingapira (Inca ruins located about 2 hours away). The bus ride to Cuenca was pretty crazy as our driver was a maniac. Seemed as if he was speeding at least 70 mph through the mountain hill sides. I thought I was going to die a multiple of times, but at the same time it was fun. I really couldn{t get a load of teh scnery outside as it was pretty cloudy. However, on the bus I did meet a german tourist who was also headed to cuenca so the trip wasn{t all that boring as I spent the time on the bus conversing away. Yesterday, me and the girl headed off to see the Inca Ruins. Was pretty amazing and teh scenry was pretty kick ass. I uploaded some pictures on my facebook account for those interested. From there we headed back to town and decided to have some coffee and cake. Not bad. Ended the day celebrating the girl{s birthday. Turning 25. woo hoo. had some pretty nice tacos at this tex mex restaurant owned (but selling in 2 days) by some american dude who lives in Asheville. That pretty much sums up Cuenca. Today I am off to Loja and hopefully will cross into peru tomm..

One week to go! From Tikal to Macchu Picchu

Well my journey is coming to an end and the 2007 fall latin-south american adventure will be just a story in pictures and this blog. I still sit in Riobamba, having not budged from the hostal i am staying at. I was supposed to catch a train at 6 am to catch some amazing views of the mountain, chimborazo.. however i just didn´t feel like waking up.. I think the trip is finally draining my energy and all I feel like doing is sleeping.. I guess it´s the accumulation ofr more than 4 months of constant changing of the surroundings. I´m having a blast though and i don´t think this travel bug will get out of my system anytime soon. I spent today sleeping in got more than 12 hours of sleep last night. Then i went cruising into town and had a nice lunch at this placed called coffee hollywood. yep that´s right.. there was a place called coffee hollywood down here. As far as the city is concerned, it´s not touristy at all. I´ve only run into a few tourists meandering around otherwise than that this is truely an immersion experience. Riobamba is very laid back and i like the feel of the city. People are too friendly with smiles on their faces. Girls, Guys all meander around the streets having a good town. I like the vibe of this town, hence this is my 2nd day here. For the great deal of the late afternoon, i spent uploading a whole bunch of pictures on my facebook account.. that took some time. I also decided since its my last week, i had to map out what the hell i wanted to accomplish in 7 days. So heres my rough sketch.

Tomm I head to the historic town of Cuenca. Will check out some inca ruins
Sunday head down to the border town of Vilcabamba to catch some amazing scenry and maybe do some moutain biking
Monday I will finally cross into Peru going to the city of Piura. Here i´ll make a pit stop for the night.
Tuesday, I´m off to Trujilllo and Huanchaco to do some boating
Wednesday i´m off to Lima, Peru.
Thursday I´m catching a flight via starperu to cusco to see macchu picchu
Friday will be the Macchu Picchu day.. woo hoo
Saturday is the flight back to Peru where I will chill out for the day before catching my flight back to the US of A later on that night.

We´ll see realistically if i follow this schedule.

Leaving Quito and major puke episode

I finally made it out of Quito and now sit in Riobamba, at the base of Chimbarozo. Chimbarazo is located in the Andes and is the highest peak in Ecuador towering at 5,000 meters above sea level. I must admit, that I´m sad to leave my friends in Quito, but i know it´s a much needed escape as the nightly drinking escapades have turned out to be a bit too much. I spent the last day going on the sky tram with Sam, an australlian girl I had met. We went up the Telefonico and got amazing pictures of the city of Quito. It was pretty high up towering at 4,100 meters above sea level. On a whim, we decided to do some horseback riding which was pretty amazing. We had a blast. After that I headed home, took a nap and then grabbed some dinner upstairs. Here I met this really nice lady who talked her brains off. She ketp talking and talking and talking.. I was so bored, but I felt bad for her because maybe she didn´t have anyone to talk to at home. After that I headed out with Sam and some of the guys who work at the bar for a night out on the town. Drank and danced the night away, and returned at 2 am knowing that a bad hangover was awaiting for me the next morning. In the morning, after my french toast and fried eggs lunch I hopped on the bus and made a 4 hour bus ride to RioBamba. Enroute sad to say, I puked all of my breakfast as it probably was a bad idea going status post drinking heavily the night before. The plan now is to catch a train ride that is supposed to have amazing views up to chimbarazo. I might do some treeking and mountain biking. Oh by the way, happy thanksgiving to all. I keep forgetting it´s thanksgiving.

A night out on the town

Yesterday, I spent the day just chilling out. I hadn´t seen a movie at the theaters in ages and I thought what the hell.. what a good way to relax and watch a movie while munching on my fav snack, popcorn. I headed out to the parque carolina and went to this huge ass shopping mall that not only has a movie theather but also has a bowling alley, laser tag center and an assload of shops. Well, I arrived and 1 and randomly chose a movie. Ended up seeing the messengers. The movie itself was okay, kind of lame if you ask me but still there were some scenes that made u jump up. What was interesting however, was the way people enjoy movies here in ecuador. Back in the states, once the movie starts everyone is quiet with no talking. Here.. man oh man.. during the entire movie, there were loud conversations taking place... Couples were taking the opportunity to make out in the dark corners of the movie hall. Needless to say it was pretty interesting that whenever a scary scene popped up, there was laughter from the crowd. maybe they were laughing because they were scared. In any case, I found the whole experience entertaining and it´s a must for anyone ever visiting latin america. After that I headed back to the parque and just lounged there for an hour or two getting in some sun sititng her a big tree.

That night, I decided to keep it low key. After dinner at the terrace which by the way overlooks the old city of quito (beautiful scene), i headed off to my room to relax and do some reading. My roomates came in like an hour later and urged me that i had to come out with them. Finally giving in, I headed out for a night out on the town. Of course there were beers, rum and cokes and plenty of alcohol during the night. I even met a really cute Colombian girl and we danced the night away... till 3 am when i realized my roomates had all gone home. Hence I terminated the night when the dance club stopped playing the music and took the 10 minute taxi ride back to the hotel.

Quito, Ecuador

I parted ways with Misahualli and hopped on a bus to quito. Given the fact I have to be in the US for interviews the first week of december, i figured i should do some backpacking and see at least some of south america. My experience in Misahualli was amazing and I learned a lot from my host family about ecuadorian lifestyle. They were the sweetest couple and very amazing ppl. As far as quito is concerned.. It´s a wonderful city. I´m staying in the old town and it reminds me a lot of london, howver a million times more scenic. Ecuadorian people by the most part are the most hospitable and everyone seems helpful with smiles on their faces. I´m staying at a hostel called the secret garden which is pretty cool. Although loud at night, i´ve met a lot of cool travelers. Well.... the plan for today is to go and see the town. I feel lost without my lonely planet guide book, but maybe it´s not such a bad thing. Eventually i´ll make it to peru and end my fall excursion at Macchu Picchu. I figure that i´ve already payed tribute to the Mayans in Tikal, guatemala... i might as well pay tribute to the Incas. theres a remote possibility that i might scarf up the cash to do the inca trail which everyone i´ve met seems to highly recommend. We´ll see what happens.

The Jardin de Mariposas

Today I decided to head out with Pepe to help him do some work on the new butterfly gardin. It hasn´t open yet, and is slated to open up sometime in January. I had visited a butterfly garden in costa rica and got some amazing pictures. Today, I helped paint the doors green, did some gardening and cleaned the place up a bit. Its great to get out and do something else besides medicine.

As for my plans. I have decided Saturday will be my last day in Misahualli as I have to head back to the US for interviews. For the next 2 wweeks i think i will explore ecuador and make my way down to peru, ending my entire latin/south american adventure at Machu Picchu. From Lima I fly back to the states on December 1st and my fall world tour will come to an end.

Misahualli, Ecuador... The base of the Amazon jungle

I am now in Misahualli Ecuador. For the last week I have been working at the subcentro de Salud, a government rural clinic in the Amazon jungle. It´s been pretty crazy to see how medicine is delievered in such a rural context. For the first few days I had been working with a doctor who trained in cuba. He´s about 26 years old and basically is running operations by himself despite he jsut completed medical school a year ago. The amazon has no medical technologies and diagnosis and treatment is delivered solely on clinical judgement. In all honesty, my experience this first week has been marked with a lot of contradiction and ambivalence. The delivery here is not what i am accustomed to back in the states and even varies with what i experienced in guatemala. For every symptom one medicine is expected to be dispensed. A baby who comes in with cough, fever, diarrhea, abdominal pain, lack of appetite is often times dispensed with medication for each symptom. For the cough a little bit of cough syrup, for fever tylenol and the MANDATORY amoxicillin, for abdominal pain a pain medicine, for lack of appetite some formula similar to ensure. ohh and anytime there is a sore throat, or an ear ache, or any sort of bleeding an antibiotic is manditory. Needless to say this has made me question on whether professionally as a doctor I should participate in such careless acts of medication dispensing. The fisrt day was rough as I had diagnosed viral rhinitis in many of my patients and the only sort of treatemnt I was dischargning patients with was vitamins and educational reassurance.. drink plenty of fluids, bed rest and the symptoms will be gone in a week. This horrified the doctor I was working with and even the mother of the patient as they were like.. .BUT HE HAS A COUGH. we need a medicine for the cough. Needless to say, I have decided to stick around just to see and observe the full extent on how healthcare is delivered and understand why they are so keen to give antibiotics. is it the education, is it experience.. maybe a week or 2 more... however i have to balance this with whether or not professionally I have an obligation not to participate in such careless acts of medicine dispensing.

on a better note... Living in misahualli has been amazing. It´s such a calm and peaceful rural city at the base of the amazon. I am living at a hostel with a host family who is ecuadorian. it´s been such an amazing immersion experience as I share all of my meals with them and to an extent I feel like a part of the family. Very differnet from antigua where I also was set up with a host family however didn´t really feel like i was immersed. The name of the owners are pepe and margarita. pepe is a local amazon guide, who not only conduts tours of the amazon jungle, but also works in a butterfly farm. Margarita runs the hostel. Both are extremely nice. They have 2 kids who are pretty jovial and we all have a good time, playing video and card games. Misahualli is pretty hillarous in that there are monkeys walking around the gravel roads. Very smart monkeys as they´ll often times jump on you and reach in your pockets to steal things. I was walking on the raod one day with a bottle of an orange soda only for a monkey to follow me.. reach his arm out and plead for me to give the bottle to him.. then he snatched it from me.. unscrewed the cap and chugged the bottle of orange soda.. pretty hillarous.

Boco Del Toros to panama to ecuador..

A lot has happened since I left the town of Puerto Viajo. I decided to cross the border into Panama from puerto Viajo. I hopped on a bus and headed to the town of Sixola and from there I walked across a bridge into Panama. Welcome to panama. The town of banana trees and the site where the United Fruit company prosper. As our bus went through countless banana trees all owned by Chiquita by the way, it was hard to imagine that most of our bananas back in the states comes from this area. I can honestly say, I will never look at a Chiquita banana the same again. Well after I crossed the border, I decided to head to the Boco Del Toros, a couple of islands just off the eastern coast of panama. I took a boat from the town of Changinoula to the isle de colon. What an amazing boat journey. Speeding down the river to the point where the river dumps into the Carribean ocean. The scenry was amazing. Boco del Toro reminds me a lot like some of the other carribean towns I had visited. The culture, the people, the laid back atmosphere. Unfortunately when I hopped on the boat, I had no idea that it was Independence day in panama hence boco del toros was flooded with a buttload of tourists. That being said, I had an insanely hard time finding a hotel for the night, as I never have anything reserved or planned but finally settled in a cute bed and breakfast located close to the center of town. That night, I went out in the city and decided to check out this bar that seemed to be crowded as I always like to mingle around with the locals. Here I met a guy from the UK whom I had met on the boat and a girl from the UK as well. We hit it off well, drinking the night away... talking about life... why we´re here.. traveling.. not knowing what tommorrow holds. To an extent we could all relate to one another as we were all in transition periods in our lives and we had no idea where the future would take us. Different lives, different places, but at that particular moment we had met drinking a beer and talking about life, only to move our separate paths the next day. We had a great time. Rum and cokes, panama beers.. Tequila shots.. the whole 9 yards. as we all got tipsy, the girl decided she wanted to go dancing and dragged us along. We went to this really hip bar-danceclub which was packed. and packed mainly with locals. Here we danced the night away.. which says a lot about me, as i rarely dance. Then we just conversed a bit and contemplated jumping out into the ocean as we were all pretty drunk. It was then I realized I lost my hotel key! doh! I decided this was a sign that I had to call it a night. I headed back to my hotel having to wake up the landlady at 3 am. It was okay as she was a little cooky herself. The next day, I went on a boat tour to see the other islands. Went swimming, snorkeling and visited an awesome beach called Red Frog Beach. I had an amazing time. The next day i decided it was time to say bye to Boco del toros as I had to be in Ecuador Nov 7th. I caught a flight from the islands to panama city and stayed at this hostel in the center of town. The hostel was pretty decent but I got a chance to watch TV which I hadn´t done in months. and what do u know. monday night football was on. I sat and watched real football as the other latin american tourists looked on wondering why i was fascinated in this fake football. Here I met this one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen.. that really says a lot. She was norweigen and seemed a bit naive however was on a similar backpacking journey with her friends. She was working her way up north and I working my way down south. Too tired to really work on any sort getting to know you deal and given the fact my flight to ecuador was the very next day. I bid farewell and hit the sack. The next day i went to the Tocumen airport and flew aboard copa airlines to quito ecuador.

Finally arrived in quito where I realized i had to take a bus to the village i will be working in... misahualli. it was a 6 hour bus ride, but amazing circling through scenic mountains and hills. Quito itself, looked charming in itself and i definately will have to take some time to explore that city.

Puerto viajo... I met Jim Carrey.. well kind of

Puerto Viajo, a town located on the carribean coast of costa rica is a vibrant little town. The feel reminds me a lot of livingston. Here carribean blacks, ticos, tourists from all countries bump heads as everyone is out for a good time. I spent the first night at the hostel Puerto Viajos. I really couldn{t complain, as my room was pretty decent. The first night, I decided to just chill out. So i{m sitting in bed staring at the ceiling and all of a sudden I start to think, man the person in the room next to me is so noisy. It{s not that the person was talking a lot, just noisy. Walking loudly, slamming things down etc. I remember thinking to myself, I hope I don{t have to run into this guy.... ppl like that really annoy me. The next morning I woke up and with a loud HELLO GOODMORNING, i got a first glimpse of the loud person next door. A tall guy, with eye glasses.. definately looked like jim carrey, kinda goofy and nerdy at the same time. With a reply hello back, I headed off to the shower. I return with sound of HEY THERE ARE HOT SHOWERS OVER THERE OKAY? saying thank you i returned to my room quickly changed and headed out for the morning to catch some grub. I ended up hanging out the chile rojo restaurant. Had some amazing pancakes.. I got about half way done with my breakfast when that jim carrey dude came in. doh! acting like i didn{t see him, the dude made his way to the back of the restaurant and picked up a conversation with a girl he apparently knew. Pretending i didn{t see him, i continued my delightful breakfast. 15 minutes later, i hear the chair beside my table move and a WELL HELLO THERE. doh! it was him. He introduced himself, started talking aboutr puerto viajo, how he was going to move here. trying to be sociable i asked him aboutr thet own, the beaches. He recommended a nice place, punto uva. apparently he was american from detroit to be exact but now lived in san jose with plans to move to puerto viajo. After a nice breakfast, i headed out on a mission to rent a bike to explore the town.

What a great afternoon. Riding a bike by blue waters of the beach lined with coconut trees. In the far reaches of forest, howler monkeys could be heard viciously howling away. I had a blast. i made the 30 min bike ride to punta uva, an amazing beach.. Swam the afternoon away. Amazing. The beach was completely mine. I swam, swam, lounged and swam somemore. I ended back to puerto viajo at 6 and had a strawberry slushy and watched the sunset over the carribean sea.

around 7 i decided to get some grub. So im walking in the main street and i hear... HEY DOC. oh shit did i tell him i{m a med student. damnit. all of sudden jim carrey dude runs down the street and tracks me down. Then he{s like sit and join me for a min while i finish up and pay myt bill. relucantly i go, and man this dude starts up a conversation about li9fe and how every particle in life emits a frequency.. something about why things happen b-c the atoms are lined up in a way and emit an aura. he was into this holistic stuff and chiropractry but not licenced yet. doh! and worse enough he was staying next to me. Sensing the inevitable being trapped by a boring and crazy dude, i told him i had to get something to eat. He countered this by following me to the restaurant i decided to go. As i sat with my green thai curry that night all i heard was about theories about why life was the awy it was... totally bizaare conversation.. I felt like i had been caught by a leech. Thankfully i ran into 2 american ppl one of which was an acupuncturist so for a brief stint i was able to have the attention diverted away as he bored her with all that nonsense. the other gal was cool as she just finished a residency in family medicine in the united states. Finally i decide to call it a night. jim carrey dude decides to do the same, except taht he follows me again. this time incisting he perform a MUSCLE TEST on me. thinking this would finally get rid of him, i agreed and then said i would go to bed shortly after. the muscle test was lame as he just pushed on my arm and told me to resist while thinking of a number. He tried to guess the number and said all this was connected to the way i was resisting. whatever. surprsingly he guessed the number. but oh well... it was a pick a number between one and 7. finally i was like.. i gotta go to bed.. he{s like alright man... but hey do u want an adjustment.... what teh fuck.. as if i were going to get whatever an adjustment was from him.. saying no, i closed the door behind me and said goodnight.

next morning, i had breakfast again... 30 min into myt breakfast i hear.. HEYYYYY MIND IF I JOIN YOU. doh! again this dude..

this guy totally was the jim carrey in that movie the cable guy. trying way to hard to be my friend... although it kinda weirded me out... i finally ended things by saying, I gotta catch a bus. good luck dude.... and that was that.. my puerto viajo journey.

A cloud forest, white water rafting, a crazy lady and the beach

So it's been a few days since I last posted. A lot has happened since then, granted it's only been 3 or 4 days. When I last left off, I had just finished an amazing venture to a volcano and afterwards a nice bath at the hot springs in tabacon. From the city of La Fortuna, I hopped on a jeep to the lake arenal, where I took a speedboat across the lake to catch a shuttle to the town of Santa Elena & monteverde. The trip across the lake was fab, however given the fact that I lived near a marvolous lake in guatemala for 3 months, I wasn't too wow'ed. It was here i met a pretty cool daughter-dad pair from pennsylvania and we got a chance to chat a bit. The shuttle ride from the lake to monteverde was wow. If i were to die I would want to be reincarnated somewhere along those amazing luscious green hill sides. No civilization around, just pure nature. It was nice to see cows just hanging out, goats roaming around freely and carelessly, stray chihuahuas runnign around in open green pastures, and as we circles round the rolling green hills I tried to imprint this amazing picture in my head. Horses were roaming out in the open... it was as if we finally let nature be nature. No civilization around except of a bumpy gravel road with periodic shuttles skirting on the periphery with curious tourists peering out of the window. enough for the poetic rant.....

I settled at the hostel pension santa elena for the day and decided based on glowing reviews from the lonely planet guide book to check out the butterfly garden. Sad to say, butterflys are really not my cup of tea as I had a mediocre time at this garden, however i did get some amazing pictures of various butterflys which i will post sometime and eventually in the near future. The next day, I visited the monteverde cloud forest to do some hiking and wildlife watching. Didnt' really see wildlife that much but I did see lots of birds and learned a lot about trees and the various flora in the forest. our guide was amazing. Here i met a newlywed couple from charleston, SC. what a small world...

I headed out of monteverde/Santa elena yesterday morning in route to San Jose, where I would change buses to head to do some white water rafting on the rio paqure 100 miles east of San jose. 6 hours later I made it to the town of turrialba which is the base for all white water rafting ventures. Turrialba... what a cute town. Very friendly people, nice looking people, everyone with smiles in there faces. This is the central america i wanted to see. No worries about money, selling things... just happy and smiling faces. Such a cute town however i only could afford to spend one night there as i'm on a time crunch.

Today I scheduled an awesome white water rafting adventure on the rio paqure. Wow. How freaking amazing today was. Kick ass rapids, swirls, twirls and even got a chance to swim in some of the lower class rapids. Nothing like jumping in the fast flowing river... floating on your back and just letting the river take you where it desires. on all corners of my vision, besides the waves splashing constantly in my face, i was treated to awesome waterfalls, dense forest canopy and cliffs.. All this while i floated downstream. The white water rafting itself was amazing as we went through some very challenging rapids.. mostly class 3 and 4. We almost flipped over a couple of times. Our guides were amazying however and we had a blast. Straight from my rafting adventure, i hopped on a bus from the town of Squirres to puerto limon where i caught another bus to the town of puerto viajos.

The bus ride down here was pretty clowly as we had an american lady who had been living in puerto viajos for the last 10 years blabbing her mouth the entire way down here. She kinda resembled a stereotypical crackhead however, i shouldn't be mean. She was nice however, in that she recommended me some nice places to stay. I arrived at my hotel and the room that was given to me wasn't as pleasant as i had hoped. it reeked of pot and there were no windowns just one revolving fan. I switched my room to a much nicer room only after paying a little extra... but def worth it.

puerto viajos has gotten glowing reviews by many people and is considered a relaxing town. It's against the carribean ocean close to the border with panama. It's a nice carribean beach town, and just walking through town tonight, it definately has a kickin vibe. We'll see what happens tomm. i haven't scheduled anything.. i just take each day as it comes. i go to bed not knowing what the next day will bring or what city i will decide to venture to, or what attraction i will see. 2 days ago i was strolling around in a butterfly garden on the western coast of costa rica, and just ona whim 2 days letter i end up here on the eastern part of costa rica haven just sped through some class 4 white water rapids and now on the carribean coast to panama. never knew i was THAT whimsical.. but i guess that's a good thing.

we'll i guess i shall call it a night.
